  • Kit Cloudkicker: A young, orphaned boy who becomes Baloo's navigator and co-pilot. He is a skilled pilot in his own right and often rides on a modified airfoil, which allows him to perform daring stunts in the air.
  • Rebecca Cunningham: The owner of Higher for Hire, a business that Baloo works for. She is a shrewd businesswoman with a no-nonsense attitude.
  • Molly Cunningham: Rebecca's young daughter, who forms a close bond with Baloo and Kit.
  • Louie: The owner of Louie's Place, a popular hangout in Cape Suzette. He is a fun-loving orangutan and good friend of Baloo's.
